This is full of original research. No sources cited. In my opinion, 'musical collective' is little more than a pretentious name for 'band'.--h i s s p a c e r e s e a r c h 13:07, 29 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Two more years later, I have to say that, though there may be such a thing as a Music Collective (The Postmodern Jukebox comes to mind), this article is not very helpful in distinguishing it from a "band". I'd like to see a reasonable article (at a bare minimum a *sourced* article) about it, but until I or someone else puts in the time to write one, I'd rather see no article on it than keep this one.Originalname37 (Talk?) 15:45, 30 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
